Privacy Policy

Jamong (jamong.app) shows the single best moment from football videos, plus comments. Jamong has no sign-up, and we don't collect personal information such as your name, email or phone number.
1. What we process
Connection data: to deliver the site and block attacks, Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your device's IP address, browser information and time of access. We don't use this to identify or track you.
Language choice: the language you pick (Korean or English) is stored in a browser cookie (lang) for one year. In the app it is stored only on your device.
Reports: when you report something, we store the reported post or comment, the reason, and anything you write. To stop report spam, we also store a value derived from your IP address that changes every day; it can't be turned back into your IP address. Resolved reports are deleted after one year.
Block list: the list of authors you block in the app stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.
Support email: messages sent to support@jamong.app are kept so we can reply and keep a record, and are deleted on request.
2. YouTube videos
Videos on Jamong play in the YouTube player (youtube-nocookie.com). When a video plays, Google may process information under its own policy. Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
3. Ads and tracking
Jamong shows no ads and uses no ad-tracking tools.
Visit statistics: the website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they view and where they came from. It uses no cookies and does not identify you or follow you across other sites.
The app has no analytics tools. The app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
4. Service providers
Cloudflare (hosting, security, website visit statistics, support-email forwarding) and Supabase (storing posts, comments and reports in its Seoul region). We never sell personal information or share it for other purposes.
5. Your rights
To see or delete your support emails or report records, write to support@jamong.app.
6. Children
Jamong is not directed at children under 14, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
